PACIFICBEDBANK.COM HOTEL/RESORT REGISTRATION FORM

Hotel/Resort Application Form Trial PacificBedBank's unique reservations service without obligation for 30 days. After 30 days you are required to give 45 days notice should you wish to discontinue being featured in PacificBedBank. PacificBedBank undertakes to feature you in the system equally with all other hotels. Your only cost is a booking fee which is only charged on confirmed bookings. The booking fee will be between NZ$1 and NZ$5 (or the negotiated US Dollar equivalent) per confirmed room night and will be set at approximately one per cent (1%) of your estimated net wholesale rate, (calculated as rack rate less 30%) as detailed in the table below. Your actual fee will be confirmed in writing prior to your hotel being loaded into the system. 

Set-up Fee
There is a one off setup fee to the hotel when joining the Bed bank system which provides for the following;
*		The hotel's Status Page on PacificBedBank.com
*		Customised BedBank Update Spreadsheet Software
*		Unlimited passwords with 2 levels of access (the second level is able to access reports)
*		Direct Status Entry Facility on PacificBedBank.com
*		Allotment Facility Setup
*		Request Facility Setup
*		Sales Detail and Summary reports.

The setup fee is NZ$175.00

 

There are no other charges:
  • No joining fees.
  • No annual fees.
  • No setup costs.
  • No software to buy. (therefore no upgrading required to be purchased later.)
  • No usage fees.
  • No training fees.

  • To at all times do all possible to ensure the accuracy of our status.
  • To update our status at least once every 24 - 48 hours or more frequently if necessary.
  • All bookings made from the status are guaranteed by the resort unless the booking was a result of an error by PacificBedBank.
  • To acknowledge all bookings to PacificBedBank within 24 hours of receipt.
  • The settlement of accommodation charges, cancellation and amendment fees are not the responsibility of PacificBedBank.

  • We agree to pay such charges within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

PacificBedBank agrees:

To indemnify the resort against all claims from the clients for any bookings made on the dates the resort is unable to accommodate, provided the booking was as the result of an error made by PacificBedBank.

Username and Password

You can have as many usernames and passwords as you wish. This form allows for 4. Should you need more please send us an email. Note there are 2 levels of password:

  • Level One - Allows access to your status only.

  • Level Two - Allows access to status and sales reports for your resort. Please nominate your username/s. Password/s will be allocated by PacificBedBank.
